Although this may be contrary to many people's thoughts, fashion is a society, an exclusive one as well.  One that we are born into and without serious devotion, one we cannot force ourselves to join.  There is a difference between "trendy" and fashion with a thick line that divides the two.  But even if you do not share our values, it is always fun to pretend!
